50 Affirmations for Writers

When you’re feeling stuck with a particular sentence, paragraph, page or chapter. It can be tempting to procrastinate or feel discouraged as a writer. I like to rely on a few writing quotes or mantras for affirmations for writers to give me a much-needed boost to work on my writing assignment or task.

Here are some of my favorite writing affirmations. Some are writing proverbs, others are writing quotes. If there isn’t an attribution, it doesn’t mean I came up with it on my own–I couldn’t find the original source.
